Firoo comes from the fusion of two elements:
It combines “fire” with “roo,” a nickname for kangaroos, symbolizing our deep connection to the unique flavors of Australia.
Having lived in Australia for some time, we became fascinated by its open-fire cooking culture. Inspired by this passion, we brought the experience back to Taiwan to create our own wood-fire restaurant.
