Reservation Policy

• Some menu items are limited in quantity and may sell out; we appreciate your understanding.

• Reservations are accepted up to 30 days in advance, with a maximum of 6 guests per booking.

• Please confirm your reservation via SMS or email 48 hours prior to your booking. If we do not receive confirmation and cannot reach you by phone, your reservation will be considered canceled.

• Even if online reservations are unavailable on certain dates, feel free to call or email us—we may still be able to accommodate you.

• We will hold your reservation for 10 minutes. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notifying us, your reservation will be canceled.

• To cancel a reservation without a fee, please do so at least 48 hours in advance through the reservation system.

• If you need to change your reservation (date, number of guests, etc.), please contact us at least 48 hours in advance via phone or email, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

• Last-minute cancellations, late arrivals (past the final seating time), or no-shows will incur a NT$800 deposit fee per person.

• If the phone number or email provided during booking is incorrect, we will consider the reservation canceled. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

• For same-day reservations, please call us directly.
   

Dining Policy

• During peak hours, dining time is limited to 90 minutes.

• We offer an à la carte menu, with a 10% service charge.

• Only imported mineral water and sparkling water are available, with a NT$60 charge per person.

• Some dishes contain meat and nuts; please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

• Outside food and drinks (including beer, bubble tea, etc.) are not allowed.

• To provide better service, we only accommodate guests aged 8 and above.
   

Corkage Fee

• Wine & Sake (up to 750ml): NT$400 per bottle

• Spirits: NT$600 per bottle

• Each bottle includes 4 glasses; additional glasses are NT$100 per glass.

• Larger bottles will be charged proportionally based on volume.

• If your alcohol bill exceeds NT$3,500, one corkage fee will be waived.
   

Celebrations

• Firoo Alcohol Night: Every Friday night, service charges are waived for tables spending NT$3,000 or more on alcoholic beverages.

• Birthday Offer: Guests celebrating their birthday during the month receive a complimentary appetizer (up to NT$400, limited to one per table).

• Outside cakes: A fee of NT$50 per person applies. If excessive mess is caused, a cleaning fee of NT$1,500 will be charged.
